Can you remind me what your tank dimensions are? The Melanurus is likely fine. The C. rubeus is also a lovely wrasse, which I wanted for my 3ft long tank, but didn't work out because two I ordered died of UNWD before they could get to me. The cyaneus might do better in a 4ft tank. But depends on the tank dynamics, I think.

I was always told don't buy fish from LiveAquaria. I bought from them once. Both fish froze to death in the middle of summer...

I'm not going to buy from them but it's where the best photos of the fish come out lol, I only use them as a reference photo

I have a Melanurus in my 70 (3' * 22") and he does good. He's close to 6" so not quite full grown. I also have a Leucoxanthus and a Meleagris in that same 3' tank. Melanurus eat a LOT and like to be chonky chunkers so make sure you feed 3-4 times a day (I feed 5 or 6 times daily).

I'll agree with what Tim said. They should work, but probably want to make sure they are fed frequently. Wrasses have small stomachs, despite how much they try to expand them, and do best eating relatively often in any case. I'd keep an eye on the rubeus and the cyaneus to make sure they are getting along. You want them zooming around flashing at each other, but you also don't want them hitting the glass (flashers can be extra zoomy).

I'd add a Halichoeres Leucoxanthus or Chrysus for color too! Melanurus are pretty but they're easily washed out in the blue.
