Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
So in Idaho it is legal to take home roadkill.
You have to call first but more often than not, they say yes.
Moving here from California who knows how long ago, one of the first things I saw was an old jeep Cherokee with a buck strapped to the hood with tie downs.
Not even kidding.
Looked at my wife and we said together:
"Where are we anyways...."
Legal here as well. However, deer and elk you only get half the meat and not the head.

Sorry guys and gals, no pictures but I got one tonight. He's young but we aren't seeing bucks - he's only the second buck in the unit we've seen. Well, there were 2 smaller bucks with him.

Anyways, he's probably only a 2 year old, but he's a tag filled and meat in the freezer! 300 yards.

and congrats on the doe! getting ready to start a fire in the house and then sneak out and get this camera on that bucks scrape to see if I can get some neat pics, maybe some buck fighting pics. Not going to bother tagging it for just me to eat.
It takes a true hunter to take a picture instead of a shot. Enjoy! I like doing this before and after season, and looking for sheds to make knife handles

What did you take him with?

we totaled a five month old ford explorer on a deer a couple years ago and I called the DNR cause they will issue a tag for road kill here also. took the deer home and processed it since it was the only thing worth anything after that.... tasted great, well tendersized. hands down the most expensive hunt i will probably ever have.

i bet those knife handles are awesome! wish my dog would find sheds, he drags everything else out of the woods and rolls in bear poop enough.

They do come out beautiful! I live on the Gulf Coast so I've been experimenting with oyster shells on knives and pistol grips as well. It seems like I've been finding the sheds around old hookings and scrapes here lately.

Happy birthday Jason! Have a great party Luis, there are going to be so many Cuban sandwiches with all that pork!
