Take the bad ones one at a time, scrub them in some tank water, peroxide them whatever.
If you pile them you can do the right side then the left side, etc.
You can just move them from side to side each day.
You're going to need to do a water change, small is OK throughout this process so be prepared for that.

What's your phosphates man? I'm afraid you're not going to get rid of the GHA without lowering it if your rocks and sand are phos locked

So came back from school macro algae is dying, brown film algae has taken over and the algae is the worst it's ever been. I swear I have 0 dang luck with this hobby. Can't buy anything and I can't do anything about anything. On everything this algae will never go away.

Don't be so hard on yourself kid, it's not an easy hobby but I assure you it's achievable, I myself have only been in it for 1 year, read a lot, there are too many good threads here on R2R, and in this thread everyone has a lot of experience and knowledge, you can post a video of at least 30 seconds to see the flow, if you can post the last parameters you have measured.

Petco usually has incredible sales that you can look out for.

Until we find the reason for the problem, we will not be able to move forward. No matter how much you clean it with your hand or peroxide, I think you should focus on finding the reason first because if you have something that is creating gha, no matter how much you remove it, it will come back, imo

Also came up with a plan that I need approval of. I wanna scrub the rocks all over again, scrub more then I did last time specifically the problem rock which is the one with the most algae on it, issue is I'm afraid if I take this off it'll cause structural issues right away with the rocks on the lower level and cause a rock slide. However if I pull the rock out and scrub it I have no idea how to get it back in etc, this rock is what's causing the GHA to come back as well. So the plan is to scrub the GHA off then spray with hydrogen peroxide then put back into the tank. Also can I soak a toothbrush with peroxide and scrub on the inside of the tank?

I use qtips soaked in peroxide and then just dab it on. A toothbrush would work very similarly.

If your tap water is decent enough to use for mixing with, otherwise you would need to get bottled water - RO from a water and ice store would be better than tap water in most cases but not much difference between that and the LFS water unfortunately.

Do this and then dose hydrogen peroxide directly into your tank, I’ve dosed directly to my tank and no ill effects except to the gha.

I agree Luis, I think we identified the problem as the water he is purchasing from his LFS. I don’t think he should spend a single dollar until he purchases a ro unit and salt.

Right now I have an RO system but I don't have salt and I'm buying it in my lfs and it's Red Sea Blue and I've checked it several times and it's fine.

Hi...some quick notes to your cyno problem...
improve filtration like changing your filter soaks or first filter pads
vacuum the sand and rocks to help remove it
Increase water flow and/or have the flow more random inside the tank
reduce light time and or reduce light intensity, and red/green white spectrum
mgt of PO4 important, either seachem phosphate Phosguard or any gfo.
adding Microbactor 7 very good but have to mgt the dosing...do not just dose a large amount spread it over days...
last resorts are with caution
Chemiclean (I use it once long ago took out some corals)
Erythromycin works good.
Understanding that cyno issues can be from too much nutrients, nitrogen and PO4 so develop some sort of change to your routine.
