Is san Francisco Bay brand pretty decent? Because that's all my lfs carry.

Thats one of my main food sources. My fish and corals love it, and my water regularly tests well for phosphates and nitrates. Great stuff

I have tried many SF. my kids only eat the Mysis. I've tried the other blends but this one is the fan. they do eat PE Mysis too which is Piscine Energentics which is what my Mandarin was raised on. But I only alternate those two now. otherwise it just goes into the floss and the glass goes greener quicker.

Yea, I always see people saying they feed "x" but no one around me carries a good selection. Ecslecially of live food so I would have to order it. Like reef nutrition roe, and I don't want to spend 25$ to overnight a small thing of roe :downcast-face-with-sweat:

This stuff is fantastic. It's all restaurant grade freeze dried claims, scallops, shrimp etc. You can often find bogo sales on their site. Everything eats it. My big cynarinas go nuts for it. They went into these feeding reactions after a small shake into the tank.

trying something new. I have 6 epipens on the ready for me. though I should just pre-spray it with epinephrine. more about presentation I guess. will add tofu too. That's processed soy beans compressed into a square cube for you carnivores! Would have looked nicer if I could've found a skinnier eggplant.

I am on well, it’s not to hard but I’m 8 months in and no changes to my filters yet. I’m getting close though Pulling 1 TDS after sediment and then 0 coming out DI.

How hard is your well water? Sorry if I missed it in earlier threads

I have a point of use filter for the arsenic. Eventually a whole house system would be nice but that's a big chunk of change and I'm fairly certain it would still leach out of my pipes so kinda a waste

So i closed in both sides now, but I made this up to hopefully set down on my overflow (glass, flat, I geuss coast to coast? Front to back) 4 of these should fit perfectly. My brother other in law is going to 3d print a trial o m e and I'll adjust as needed. I'm not super tech savvy but pretty proud of this!

I didn't look but thought it was just fresh water shrimp. I have a glass of whiskey in my hand so too lazy right now to get up and check. Ok, ok. it's my 3rd. but when I go for my fourth I'll let you know!

That looks great! If someone would start 3d printing little odds and ends for the aquatop recife eco series tanks, they'd make a killing. A lot of new reefers have this tank (including myself), and there are very few aftermarket parts for them.
