My step son is going to sit for his apprenticeship exam. I think that's what it is. He knows his stuff, he just sucks at taking tests. I'm super proud of him though for choosing a trade career!

It's nice once you get your journeyman or masters license, basically as I sit, I could quit my job today and have my choice of jobs tomorrow. Skilled tradesman are hard to find nowadays

A 20a circuit, on 12/2 with a single 20a outlet is perfectly fine.

only my freezer is on it rated for 72hours. should do one for the tank at some point but I'm not in the best of shape anymore to do some of this work. But next time I have someone here I will have them pop in a new circuit and have it dead end and hook the rest up later. The tank runs on a line attached to my foyer, dining room and an exterior outlet. The exterior outlet would be a problem if someone ever hooks up a saw or something to it. the dining room only has a robotic vac charger and computer printer attached to the line. but yeah, I already have a large load from the tank.

What condenser cleaner did you use Luis?

a few years ago....of course on the hottest week of the year...I had a mouse crawl across the capacitor and something else and short the whole thing out. $2000 I think was the cost. I now leave pool chlorine tablets surrounding the unit. same with corners of house. smells better than moth balls and less harmful.

My youngest son started with a HVAC company after he graduated from high school. He worked 9 months cleaning ducts and doing tear downs and they sent him for 2 weeks to Tennessee for training and he received his universal certificate and has been doing installations since. I’ve heard and read that they are calling his generation, gen z, the tool belt generation because more are going into trades than previous generations.
