Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
My wife said no to a used old new truck so I ordered some nudis from Reeftown instead
Seemed like a good trade, right?
I'm a little nervous with the trigger getting curious but I guess they taste terrible 💩
So we'll see I'll keep you updated.
Morning Joel. Yes, please keep us posted. This is my next move. My aiptasia is spreading, and nothing I've tried works.

Good morning everyone!

Hey John, can you move those Rainbow infusions (think that's what they are) up a little higher? Looks like they are reaching for more light brother.

Get some Nudis John, not the ones Kevin posts! LOL!

For some reason, these guys are always extremely "leggy". They were actually in very high par at my lfs where I bought them and looked like this. It's hard to tell in the pic, but they're more of a big paly. I like the contrast in height they give. But absolutely sir, if they start to look Wacky on me, up they'll go.

Have you used them before Keith? I'm desperate at this point. I've made all of the Aiptasia eradication mistakes so far :(

Understand, I have the Vampires in Drag directly under a Kessil. They are about 6" from the surface and they stretch like that too and I know they are getting PLENTY of PAR.

I haven't. I've been fortunate and not had an outbreak. When I saw one in the past, I used a syringe, attached a needle and stabbed them... filling them up with peroxide. Worked like a charm and reef safe! Have to be quick though when stabbing them, they are quick to retract. I've also just super glued over a couple that I've seen.

Wes, what're you using to scrape it off? I neglected some that was hard to get to and it just won't come off
I wouldn't want to leave it in the tank, but i figure it won't contaminate the tank much in the time it takes to scrape the glass. I ought to order some of those arm length gloves since when I use this most of my arm is in the water.

My flipper scraper has a razor blade on one side of it.

I have one of those. Works well. I have a bad rabbit of leaving it in the tank though, and my brush side is covered in spirodid worms and now I can't flip it until I take it out and deep clean it :grinning-face-with-sweat:

Breaking my resolution a little this morning. This will be my last post until Saturday and then Lent will be over.

Just wanted to show this and say that my wife really likes how the GSP stands out when the Orphek first comes on.

Yes my friend I've tried everything.
Everything.
Everything I try just makes it worse.
Finally, I gave up and I have a great collection going on from giant ones to little ones, etc.
It goes on and on.
I ordered 6 and Jeff emailed me instructions, cautions and suggestions.
Great customer service so I ordered 4 more since shipping is so expensive.
Hopefully this will help cuz the tank is just over run with them.
