If it were truly a shock, you'd know it. You are experiencing anxiety because you are super fixated on what happened. Take a couple deep breaths, you'll be fine.

You should probably seek some counseling. Life only gets harder and more worrisome as you age.

I do fuel amino supplement and spot feed a high quality freeze dried seafood mix, and I'm broadcasting frozen rotifers right now. I've been diluting the aminos in tank water and adding a block of frozen rorifers, then i lightly blasting the hammer with that. The first time I did this, is when the polyps extended.

I lived in Texas for almost 20 years. I was out in San Angelo with the military, then San Antonio with the military. When I got out of the service, my daughter was 8, so I stayed in Texas to help raise her. I moved back to Michigan in 2019. I left Michigan in 1989 to join the military.

That's cool that you eventually made it back home my friend. That says a lot
