Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
A little late getting on this morning, the Mrs left for work so I’m taking advantage of her kitchen. On this week’s podcast of cooking with Kev we will be making not one but two meals, both low and slow. Chuck roast and beef short ribs ( sorry Jill, no beef tongue in the freezer). This will be officially my first podcast of dueling crock pots!

Today I have a few more errands to do for a Jason's school project. Happy Sunday everyone!

Sometimes we don't notice the progress if we only look at things day by day, but if we look back a little further....

Exactly one year apart

I thought your tank was awesome in 11-8-24 but now, wow!

Hey Keith, sorry for the shortish reply this morning.

I came home from camp Friday afternoon. He had a shot last Saturday (opening day) but was unsuccessful. We didn't see anything else until Thursday morning. We couldn't get on him though, unfortunately. I left after the morning hunt Friday and my sister-in-law and her husband and a friend of my brother-in-law showed up Friday night. Yesterday morning they got up on top of some nasty mountain and he ended up having another shot but hit high with very little blood. They tried tracking it for about 8 hours yesterday into the night with no success. They're headed home today.

Morning everyone. I find it interesting how my hawkfish has gotten more curious and has actually started to dart all around the front of the tank. My wrasse no longer hides during WCs either.

Why thank you. I'm just happy to see the salt I made finally be put in use... But an earwig made its way into the water.. do you guys think it's bad that debris sometimes makes it into my mix?

I always put my newly mixed water through my sump - the filter sock/filter floss section - so it removes anything.
