Happy Friday, everyone!

If you are like me, you probably love Fridays as well. Means another work week is in the books, the weekend is beginning, and if you are weird like me, it is also the day new music albums come out. However, one aspect we should do more of on Fridays is to reflect on the week. Did we have a productive week at work, get a lot done around the house, and had some awesome situations come up? Maybe it was the opposite for you this week, and it wasn't the best week you have had. Use Fridays and the weekend as a time to reset and decompress. Use them as days to get your mind focused again on the following week!

Man, I haven't seen a horseshoe crab in a tank in a while! They are equally awesome and terrifying.

When I was a kid, I came home from school one day to our horseshoe crab's body scattered around the sandbed, with half of its body stuck inside the anemone. Talk about childhood trauma.
