Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
It will eventually become many.

If you're lucky enough to have it isolated, you'd probably be better to kill it. Mine went from one big cool looking aiptasia, to aiptasia reef in no time. You can epoxy over it if there's room between corals, or try the f aiptasia route. I tried shooting mine with boiling water. I might as well have shot it with fertilizer. This didn't completely kill the aiptasia and it spread like madness. Only after buying berghia, did my reef become aiptasia free. Im not trying to scare you, just sharing my experience with you :)
Definitely isolated. But idk how to remove the rock without dying lol. I’ve got to contend with the clowns as well as the paly toxin that I know will be released.

Here it is in all its tentacly glory, and where the rock is.

Good morning.

Heading to the local reef shop this afternoon. Taking some macros and some moss. They have a new betta rack and I’m so excited to see the fish. (That’s what the moss is for)

I’ve a big ole aiptasia in my reef. It’s the only one, on a rock with the zoas/palys. It’s massive! I kinda want to leave it since it’s been there roughly 6 months lol. But I also don’t want it to take over.
Good morning Bev, shop until you drop!

Way too far for biking. It'll be alright. I just rely on my grandma to take me. I feel bad for asking though lol.
I’m sure if it was trouble to take you she wouldn't . Nice having family to rely on .

Beautiful Bev! I couldn’t sleep and would be up all night with Chris if I knew that mega aptasia was there! I would inject lemon juice into it and watch with glee as it melted like the wicked witch!

I’d get a peppermint shrimp to take care of it as well as any other that might form .
