You're telling me. There are some weeks I get overwhelmed by the amount of new albums or songs that come out, and it's hard for me to keep up with everything, haha.

I wish I could stick with the same bands, haha. I have some that I keep on consistent rotation throughout the year, but I am usually trying to look for new bands and new and unique sounds. Maybe I should've been a music reviewer |

I like to go back to the 60s and 70s to find the genesis of sounds that I like today. Who was the first band to use synthesizers? Crunchy guitars? Where did doom metal start. Stuff like that

I like to go back to the 60s and 70s to find the genesis of sounds that I like today. Who was the first band to use synthesizers? Crunchy guitars? Where did doom metal start. Stuff like that

I do that a lot too. It's always fun seeing where genres came from and where they are now. Plus I love when new bands try to mimic the sound of 70's and 80's metal/rock
