What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I know where I'm going on my next trip to Gatlinsburg!
It's very old school, small selection of donuts, but they are amazing! Once they sell out for the day, they are gone! @AlyciaMarie can vouch for the place too!

Office Christmas lunch today at a Mexican restaurant. I’m still new, I don’t want them to think I’m even weirder than they already think I am so no pictures, sorry.
I'm sure they know by now

When she puts the gravy on it no one in group will say ... hey u used pillbury muffins ! ....... right !
You can put sausage gravy over gravel and it would be delicious!

I don’t eat donuts but this is the go to in my town. The blueberry ones are the favorite and like yours once they are gone they are gone.https://whitehousefruitfarm.com/our-donuts/

Hmm... this is Joel's or Pauls forte.... probably Luis and Kevin as well. I just use those biscuits in a can.. you know the ones that pop when you smack 'em on the counter.
Nothing wrong with those Rock 🪨
The cinnamon rolls in the can are the bomb too 😋

I make about a sheet pan of biscuits a day at the restaurant.
I've done them all different ways over the years from strictly homemade to frozen batter, frozen out of a box. You name it.
Honestly what I've been doing for the past 10 years or so is using Krusteaz buttermilk biscuit mix and adding a little yeast and sugar.
Water first then add mix.
The secret is to stop mixing when it's a bit wet, don't over add the dry mix and let it sit room temp and rise for 2-3 hours before making the biscuits.
I use a can of corn, cleaned, empty and dry with both sides of the lid removed as a cutter.
Just make sure you flour the counter first or you'll be screaming the whole time.

Ya buddy and a rare occasion I requested extra crispy and it actually was!
I was looking for your signature jar of horseradish... you probably don't use it on mexican food though. We had some shrimp last night with dinner and my wife buys the store bought cocktail sauce and I always scoop some out and add a spoon or two of extra horseradish to mine! Clears the sinuses!
