Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Nothing wrong with those Rock 🪨
The cinnamon rolls in the can are the bomb too 😋
Yes they are! I make those for my wife on Christmas morning before she gets out of bed.

I make about a sheet pan of biscuits a day at the restaurant.
I've done them all different ways over the years from strictly homemade to frozen batter, frozen out of a box. You name it.
Honestly what I've been doing for the past 10 years or so is using Krusteaz buttermilk biscuit mix and adding a little yeast and sugar.
Water first then add mix.
The secret is to stop mixing when it's a bit wet, don't over add the dry mix and let it sit room temp and rise for 2-3 hours before making the biscuits.
I use a can of corn, cleaned, empty and dry with both sides of the lid removed as a cutter.
Just make sure you flour the counter first or you'll be screaming the whole time.
I'm writing this down!

Between your recommendation Joel and John's addition of a dollop of mayo... I'm going to be baking some biscuits over the holidays! I like them right out of the oven slathered in butter with strawberry preserves!

I don’t eat donuts but this is the go to in my town. The blueberry ones are the favorite and like yours once they are gone they are gone.https://whitehousefruitfarm.com/our-donuts/

Did the world run out of blueberry, s ? 🤣

The first time I had pierogi, I knew my life had changed. Ive never had fresh ones like that though. I bet they're amazing.
I've had all kinds of them. I even attended the largest Pierogi Fest, held in Whiting, IN, several times. Nothing compares to the ones we make but I may be a bit partial.

Everyone in the house is going to know what you had for lunch today.

And, in closing, with all the talk of biscuits, I couldn't help but think of this tune.

Good morning, all!

Like most, I’ve been experiencing some very busy days and yesterday was no exception.

Late yesterday afternoon, we went to the in-laws and made 222 pierogi from scratch. It’s quite a bit of work but so worth it. We’ll be enjoying these tomorrow for the Polish tradition of wigilia. (Truth is I already enjoyed about 10 of them, on the sneak, yesterday.)

Here’s a pic of some of the homemade pierogi.

I've got to admit that seeing this, or traditional Italian sausage, make me miss Cleveland. So what stuffing's did you use?

Just bought a metal rod for a new lighting mount. Since its so uneven now my dad came up with a plan to completely even out the tank lighting!

ive made so many different biscuit recipes. but honestly the ones from costco are hard to beat. theyre frozen. sourcream biscuits. sorry, im a costco fan!
Costco has some very good foods. When I ran the KoC breakfasts (during snow bird season we typically serve 300 breakfasts on Sunday) in town I shopped at Costco weekly. They have, or at least had, some frozen soups that were out-of-this-world good. Especially the Tomato Bisque and Clam Chowder. When we did Lenten Soup Bowls these were the soups we used. I never found any home made ones that tasted better. The only thing I couldn't get at Costco were a breakfast sausage we liked. That came from Smart and Final stores.

That is wonderful Camden. I really like that your dad is helping with it. It is always better when family is involved.

I was addicted to them. The ones you guys made would destroy the ones I had. That's obvious just by looking at those!
