Ughhhhhhhhh why do Acros have to be so needy with par & lights! Why cant they be just like the rest amiright?

I dont even have them yet but finding a way to reach their needs is something alright.

I keep hoping something will clean the algae off it. I've tried a toothbrush but I'm afraid if I scrub it too hard I'll damage the coral. And I'm concerned that it's in such a fragile state that dipping it will just finish it off.

I’ve never had a goni but quite a few on here do, hopefully someone can help you out and turn it around Bob.

Never had them just pork. Is it true that the turkey kielbasa tastes just like gator? I read it on the interweb and it has to be true because I read a quote from our former president, Honest Abe Lincoln who said “ if it’s on the interweb it has to be true” and he has honest in his name.

While I agree that Mr Lincoln meant well...

Stroh's was the standard around where I grew up. It was the cheap stuff but my father preferred PBR, I never cared for it myself.

It's like Dad's are pre-programmed to like terrible beer. It makes it so much more aggravating as a teenager, when you're trying to sneak one out of their stash

I’ve had gator tail so many times and it all has to do with what batter you fry it in as to me gator doesn’t have that strong of a taste

You're exactly right. If the meat is trimmed and cared for properly, it's a very clean tasting meat.

I just pitched 3 of these this week. Sadly, I cant keep gonis alive. Ill figure it out though. Has to be something im not dosing. Honestly, I find acros to be more hardy than gonis. But yeah man that's how mine all ended up looking. I hate to see this.

Put em up high. If you're par is enough to support euphyllia at mid and low levels in your tank, you should have the light up there for acros. Blast the @#%! out of them with flow and keep your water stable. Doesn't have to be perfect but it needs to be stable.
