I'm not fully functional yet this am and first thing I thought of when I scrolled to the third photo was, 'Steak Lollipops' man I gotta move to Maine, then I remembered snow shovels, mud rooms, heavy coats, and living at the end of a dead end street in winter when the guy on the other side of the street is best friends with the city snow plow driver. Guess I'll stay here but just for that my wife is going to make me a pot roast this weekend, so there!

I'm in the midst of some light woodworking but when I get a chance I'll try and cut through a bottle. I've cut a couple pieces of tile before but never tried glass without a glass cutter. Did you spray it down with water to keep it cool as well?

you have too, keep it cool while cutting or it will crack, round bottles are easy with a glass cutter then hot/cold/hot water bath over the scour line, keep the lid on

A snuffer ? Really ? Why would you use one .

Do you have any candles with a glass lid on it? If so then, you yourself use a candle snuffer. It's just a fancy word for something that shuts out oxygen to extinguish the flame
