yeah, we get a lot of snow sometimes. a 2 foot stick isn't enough. and this method you can see it from where ever you place it with color bands.

We used to get on the roof to clear the snow then jump off into the snow piles as a kid.

if you were smarter back then you could use the roof as the start of the sledding hill.

Good morning nerds! Well the light dusting we got yesterday is currently being added to, strange weather for New Mexico. I don’t have to report to work until noon, fingers crossed I get a text that the afternoon is canceled as well. If not the boss and office manager are providing tacos. I figured you made it brother! That's a good idea. I just measure the snow that piles up on our table on the patio... LOL!!

Yeah Paul... I'm not a smart man. Back then the only thought that came to mind was jumping off. I wanted to take a sled up there and launch it, but my dad put a stop to that when he saw me climbing the ladder with the toboggan.
