If our weather is right the two I placed should be ok for next Tuesday delivery. I had them shipped to my work so they aren't sitting outside until I get home.

I did. Kind of like alligator tail, the same texture. Flavor was kind of hidden in the spices but it was good! If I remember correctly, they served it with a type of rice that was seasoned and had various stuff in it (local dish) and mango.

I’m picking up two on the 13th, it’s 15 miles from my office. One of the ones I wanted was gone the next day. I bet it’s on its way to your house.

Probably not, the one I am getting is really small.

I wonder if it's illegal in Florida to 'harvest' the iguana? I mean, if they are invasive. I'd cut the tails off, clean it, season it, vacuum seal it and freeze it!
