The zoas and mushrooms are still closed up the water smelled awful in the little tank. I managed to quickly do another full water change mixed up the sand and rinsed it a bit with clean saltwater then filled it back up with clean water and turned the filter back on. I started just too leave it empty but there are quite a few snails in the sand that might still be alive. I left the corals and pompom crab in the big tank in my acclimation box for now. The pico had a huge amount, as in they were constantly covering the glass, of pods in it that didn't make it so I'm sure between all them dying and the 5 sexy shrimp dying the ammonia spiked way up. I really hope the corals recover I would hate to lose them. They were pretty good sized colonies.

You're corals will most likely be ok if it's an ammonia spike. Ive had them so strong that it killed my fish, but the corals actually looked amazing. Ammonia is as immediately toxic to corals as it is to fish, inverts, etc. In fact corals consume it on some level. A few reefers even dose it!

dang that first apple martini went down quick making a second....had home made cinnamon rolls this morning..the sugar put me over the top to do the roof....bet it was my girls plan...layed 560 tiles on the new section today...

Never have, I'm a bourbon person but I'm open to trying new drinks. Green apple flavor though..... I have an aversion too unfortunately
