Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
New corals are in the tank but they aren't happy yet. I will post better pictures when they decide to open. The birdsnest, 6 head duncan and RFAs are from a seller I'm trying on ebay, the rest are from SBB Corals.
Loving the RFAs!! Who is the seller on eBay? If you don't mind sharing that is.

I'm from the south Chris. No one needs to show me how to smear butter on bread. Thank you
Butter in the South is one of the primary food groups.

I have a protein skimmer that has been sitting in my sump for months but not running. If I decided to try and use it again should I let it run say over night before I start trying to adjust it? I got aggravated last time because the cup was constantly filling up with water and not much dirty stuff and I gave up trying to fix it.
Sounds like you need to adjust the air intake on it, you want the bubbles to break inside the neck of the skimmer.

My oldest sister has her possible 3 cancer diagnosis, they have the biopsy results back and I am headed to the doctors office with her this morning. Hoping for the best, everyone please say a prayer for my sister Susan. She is 76 and is the oldest of four, I am the youngest at 60
Sending prayers Jimmy

Good morning folks!

Going skiing all day.

Have a nice one!
I've done that one time before. It was at a fake snow mountain out in Alabama. It was fun, even though one of the skies I had was broken and would never clip onto my foot. So anytime I would want to turn or go a little fast, either it would fall off, or I couldn't do anything.

Good morning Walker! All our snow has melted over the past three days. Now it's a soggy, muddy mess. Rivers are over the banks and it's going to keep rising the next several days. It warmed up too fast, but it's supposed to back to 'normal' this weekend. It was 63 here yesterday.

Good morning Bailey! At least you were able to get out there and experience it.
