I feel you, not one of my 3 kids were sleepers for at least the first year. I remember saying to my wife after the first one I told my wife at least we got the bad sleeper out of the way and when our third one was born I said this one has to be a sleeper, wrong again. It took all of me to resist punching the person with a new born telling me that their baby sleeps 8 hours and they have to wake their baby up to feed them.

Has it ever occurred to you that, possibly, the reason your babies didn't sleep is because they had trust issues with the "large" people in your house? I mean, if I ever had to spend the night, I wouldn't be sleeping either or, at least, I'd keep one eye open.

Our 2 year old has actually gotten better, he only wake up 3 or 4 times a night since we got the new baby. My wife hasnt gotten more than 3 hours consecutively in 2 years. Hopefully this sticks, he starts sleeping better, and the new baby settles in and starts sleeping soon. Fingers crossed. Last night was rough haha. I'd like one more but if we get a second non sleeper, idk if we're as tough as you Kevin haha

I've always heard if your first kid is good at sleeping, the second isn't vice versa. River is an amazing sleeper (has his off nights), so we got blessed with him!
