I did partake in Taco Tuesday today.

My wife was in town to drop off my daughter at school and she texted and said they were heading to Cafe Rio. I joined her and my son.

Two Sweet Pork Barbacoa tacos, black beans, rice, and red chile sauce. I dissected the tacos, ate the tortillas first, then mixed up the beans, rice and dissected tacos and covered in the sauce.

Chased it all with a Dragon Fruit Agua Fresca.

Now my daughter is making macaroni and cheese and has some pork in the Crockpot. Ready for some dinner before I go!

Pretty good. Today was mostly a focus on fundamentals. The coach told the team they didn't have to run laps today, and my son was disappointed lol.

Im almost certain that's Acanthastrea echinata.

But I could be wrong about it. Its kinda in a weird, between a frag and established phase that makes me question myself haha

I have it on a rock by itself at the bottom of the tank so I think it's a good spot.

I think so too man with that big "eye". I think these are gorgeous corals, but super mean!

I dont know if it'll for sure have that coloration, but I do believe it's the same species of coral.

Its pretty far away from any other corals about 4 or 5 inches is that far enough?
