Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Its pretty far away from any other corals about 4 or 5 inches is that far enough?
Oh yeah that'll give some you space for a good while. Just monitor the length of the sweepers as it grows. They are beautiful corals.

I got it from the SBB auction I can't remember how much it was but I don't think it was. I will have to look and see.

This picture from WWC looks like it but bigger don't you think?
It does! The only thing thats got me thinking, because John mentioned a chalice, the mouths on a chalice can be very pronounced, similar to the ones in your picture. Once it grows in a bit though it will be very easy to distinguish between them though

Are their needs the same?

Yes, both very aggressive as well haha. I have both, very easy growing corals. That want to kill. They are out for blood haha. Check out the sweepers after lights out. Its honestly pretty impressive!

So they are both beautiful and vicious got it! Lol

Wait I thought of another question. Is it ok to dose magnesium and calcium at the same time or should I do one in the morning and one in the evening or does it even matter. Sorry sometimes I tend to over think things especially when my brain is on steroids. Lol

I do it at the same time but I never thought about it. I’ve been doing it for years.

So I got everything transferred over but haven’t mounted anything. I just wanted to get it in the new tank.

Lights are almost out so it’s quite blue!

It's going to be an outstanding coral when grown out!
