Another reason I dont usually buy from retailers these days. With the exception of c.c once in a while when they have a sale

The chicken liver does not sound off very well, I should have doubled it, It tastes awesome but not like a true "boo Dan" sausage. Wife loves it, its the only way she will eat liver. Every time I turned around she had a cracker wanting some, just to "snack" according to her. The 32 mm skins is all I had, and I had a hard time with them. There will be no problem with this being gone in less than a week.

side note Kephin, this is one of the heathiest sausages you can eat, only has the preservatives in the dried seasonings and the main ingredients you control

Rock bows out every weekend, we’ll hear from him on Monday. Chris is probably sleeping so he can create chaos all night on R2R.

Look at it this way, the basic swamp soup we cook can go this way. Remember canned goods is the way we usually roll. take 2 or 3 slices of bacon and simmer in a pot, if you have some turnup root, throw in some thinly sliced when the bacon is about done, its part of the stone swamp soup. We tend to use conecuh sausage, but any smoked sausage will work. add this to the bacon while cooking. if your sausage is fully cooked, add it when you add broth. we have mixed collards and spinach, but spinach has a better flavor. When it comes to the beans, we tend to add a couple, black eyes and maybe some baby lima's. . when you add liquid make sure its chicken broth. A nice corn bread is customary to complement some Swamp soup. you can look up a lot of different styles of this soup on youtube
