That looks like a floating pancreas Kevin. :)
The most beautiful pancreas you’ve ever seen! I’m thinking about doing a sea hare only tank that will be. No doubt reef tank of the year!

Could you add macroalgae and gorgonians with the sea hare? That would be an awesome tank lol

Hello Smorgs and Smorgettes!
I will attempt to go back and catch up a little bit. We switched to a new Electronic Heathcare Software program a couple weeks back and the transition has been a dumpster fire. A lot of the information from the old system hasn't migrated over and is lost somewhere in the Netherworld! So, on that note, I have been quite busy with juggling information/charting/ordering on both systems.
Glad to have you back Rock, sorry about work!

We took it to get it cubed with at a meat processor, then to cook it I dip the meat in eggs then I coat them one at a time in a mixture of flour, corn meal, onion powder, garlic powder, and meat tenderiser then I fry them in olive oil. If your meat hasn't been cubed you can take one of those meat mallet things and beat it until its tender.

We had Chinese food for dinner last night and some leftovers tonight. My wife was giggling in the kitchen and took a snapshot of my plate. Something about a lot of food or something, I don't know.

If my cat wasn’t on my lap I would swear he was on that plate!
