It's like a tinderbox down here. We're way behind our normal annual rainfall, so far, and there are a lot of places having problems with fires. However, rainy season technically starts in two days. I and most people are hoping for a good rainy season.

Same here. Rain is needed. My husband would be devastated if he lost the mountain cabin. Been working on it for the last 4 summers.

Have decided to start sterile on the AIO, Not using the old tank to speed cycle. So no tank transfer except wildlife. Decided this based on a few issues with the old tank. I now have a flatworm issues, well discovered that i do when moving rocks. So this means a separate stand will be needed. I guess the domestic dispute tank had them. they are red in color, so I guess they are planaria

Hate the little buggars. Destroy them

Wish it would come here!

Night all. Busy day tomorrow. Gym, then gardening. Silly company sent me 24 canna lilies by mistake. Should have been 24 short dahlias! Pickup friends son from preschool. Then leg day again. Yep, two workouts on Tuesday. Going to be doing some hiking this year.

You guys probably already know this but I have an amazing husband and it's not because he does big romantic things. Its all the little things he does like he knows I hate to peel and slice onions so this morning when I was getting the stuff ready to cook for my lunch he peeled and sliced the onion for me. He does so much around the house cooking and cleaning and such its just nice and I feel so blessed to have finally found a partner to be by my side for the rest of our lives however long that will be. And yes I may be feeling a bit emotional this morning but I'm a woman after all we are allowed to be mushy.

This is the recipe I'm making is anyone is interested. I replaced the tilapia with wild caught salmon because I am not a fan of tilapia.

I was watching the radar last night and this morning Chris. It's crazy that it almost looks like the weather is avoiding you guys. Typical life on the Gulf though, scorching drought, then a hurricane or tropical storm will drop a foot of rain overnight.
