Uggg I hate days like today when I eat and I'm not satisfied but don't have any idea what I want. I had breakfast and lunch and an apple and a small piece of cheese cake and lots of water and i still feel hungry.

jumping jacks will solve that...mix it all up and make the water and cheese cake make a nice cream foam ... fill you up...
and well you also know my thoughts and benefits of on JJ's..hahaha

That sucks. I get like that. Always bad. Hope you push through.

I usually just grab every snack I can find and put them in a heap next to me. Then I methodically work my way through them until I'm ready to toss. usually works. I used to grab a hot fudge sundae or banana split but my doc says to lay off the sugars.

Sugars are the devil. I love them so much. It's all or nothing with me

I ate a bag of popcorn and that helped some.
