conversation came up earlier about Korea and my translation app on my phone, decided to translate a small bottle of Soju I had. I was supposed to slam this before i got on the plane coming back. But, I was in the throws of a severe hangover and decided not to. So I tucked into my check bag. Here it is 16 years later, the funny thing when running my translator app over it was the fine print. It can give some folks some hope

Nope this time we had wild caught pollack. They were out of salmon at food lion this week. I made it with the recipe I shared here a while back. It was really good.

I love the cold water fish like cod, Pollock, and halibut. Too bad you cant catch them here. Great choice!

I don't know what gravlax style salmon is but I love salmon about any way I can get it. Lol

The only difference here is I will cold smoke them for a short time on some apple, or pecan wood.
