I love me some Zappa! Funny story, his long time drummer (Art Tripp) with The Mother's of Invention and Captain Beefheart, is now a Chiropractor in my home town. I scheduled an appointment with him one day, and brought along My Trout Mask Replica Album. He said, "All you've talked about is 60s and 70s music, you know about my other life dont you"?

I laughed and asked him to sign my album. He graciously did, and we talked music for about 30 minutes.

I felt sorry for his next appointment.

That is really kewl

My dad had this very album. Loved international music.
Weird.? Yes to us. But fun.

Oh man I love it. Im a big fan of vintage international music as well, and listen to some very similar stuff. Japanese psych is fantastic and very overlooked in my opinion.
