We got in 10,000 plus steps in under 90 minutes. Treacherous uphill climb and then finally downhill. Was already feeling my legs from all the weeding of late.

Now I need to decide whether to continue our friendship and do the stair master regularly or decline future invites from her.

Hi Coral! It was an easy fix the tree was pretty rotten so my husband just cut it off the fence and tightened the fence back up. We have electric fencing and it's pretty easy to repair most of the time.

I’m not sure what is causing the internal issues but dehydration could be affecting the kidneys function, thanks.

it was a large part of my wive’s situation. She had gotten the flu or similar and that made her less thirsty ironically. And that she was on a ton of pills for medical/psych. I was working extra around that time so I didn’t catch on myself right away . She had a change in behavior that was the clue in her case. Anyways no matter what you might want to keep away from alcohol going forward no matter the outcome. I don’t drink it anymore myself due to my arrhythmia. Food for thought. Any puns here may be intended .
