Just a heads up tonight at the request of @kingranch2003 we will be doing another round of British Invasion music, but to take into account that there’s very good music from there after that 60s-70s period we will be bumping up into the 80s and 90s.

Both those make me cry just thinking about it 😆
I use mainly ghost levels in my salsa. One ghost makes 4 jars of salsa. You can taste the salsa and heat without reaching for water.
Many hot peppers have a great taste that gets destroyed by to much heat.
Many people try to make the hottest they can but the flavor gets lost in the heat.

I like a little bit of heat sometimes but can't eat it as much as I use to so I stick with mild stuff most the time.

Hungarian Wax Hot peppers are one of my favorite. A little heat you can eat the pepper raw like I do. I like them red for a sweeter taste but you can eat them yellow.

These are Aconcagua, a sweet pepper. They get red and purple. Great pepper to stuff also

So it's going to be a tough morning around our house. Our old girl lab laid down for a nap yesterday and she passed in her sleep. We knew it was getting close because she was pretty old.

But in better news, the puppy is growing and doing well!

So sorry for your loss Tim.

I would submit that properly speaking the 'invasion' was the mid-sixties. There are a ton of groups that were part of the invasion that were not included. There is a lot of very good 70s-90s music from British bands that was good but it has nothing to do with the invasion.

a few you missed
Dave Clark Five
The Hollies
Herman's Hermits
The Who
The Spencer Davis Group
John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers
Traffic
Procol Harum
and Cream

There were more.

--edit-- oops I forgot you played Bus Stop, classic Hollies.
