Here too brother! Toast mayo, normal lettuce, onion and hot sauce, with a couple pickled okra on the side, are how I like em.

we generaly get the chub, its availible here locally. A slicer is a must unless you have a steady hand

Those are great cut into 1 or 2 inch cuts, grilled well done over charcoal, loaded with bbq sauce. Serve with potato salad and garlic bread!
