The Alone: Australia seasons are just as good or better. There are some gnarly critters and terrain there, as you could imagine.

I just checked Alone on Wikipedia. I shall have to retcon that statement. I remember pts at work watching that (and Naked and Afraid) at work. I’ll have to go and watch at least a few seasons now.

I always thought the ones that brought salt were smart. The "soups" would be much more palatable. You could use it for curing meat, and you get some trace minerals.

I think my favorite was the runners up in Africa. I had two I was rooting for, the one won it and the poor girl was medically evacuated because she put a hook through her thumb.

I’ve seen two seasons, is there another one?

4 seasons! The latest one dropped in July on some weird channel, but the History channel app may have it.

Season 3 of Alone Australia is one of my favorite Alone seasons hands down. Patagonia was good too though.
