My wife said the temp and salinity were already extremely close, so she's happy about the acclimation so far. He's a big guy!
Watch the pumps they love them cause algae grows in them. Sticks head in and wham!

Goodnight I hope you two enjoy the evening. Watch the skeeters, they're out in full force here tonight
I screened in my porch, and framed up a door way for a storm door. Its bug free and has two ceiling fans plus a Dewalt circular fan. except for the heat its awesome

Well done Jimmy, pictures?

The only problem I have with Sea Hares is that they are too efficient, unless you have a tank much larger than I could ever afford, it quickly wipes out all of the algae. Then what do you do with the Sea Hare unless you have reefing buddies in the are?

Question: I haven't owned a Sea Hare in decades and I didn't have bubble algae at the time so I don't know: Do they eat bubble algae as well?
My plan is to swap him out into my wife's tank after he clears mine, similar to how Kevin and his son share theirs. If that doesn't pan out, Ill give him to another reefer or let my lfs rehome him. That's about the best I can plan it. I know it's definitely a Blessing to have him to try and save what corals are left.

My lfs carries them occasionally or will order one on request. I remember when I saw one the first time I had to ask what in the love of god it was.
It looks like a small eggplant bred with a snail. I have never seen anything quite like it!

This is a frag of my sinularia, one of my first corals almost Five years ago. The mother colony got to big for the Biocube.

Update!! @kevgib67

So I finally made it home, and my goodness what a creature!

Im amazed by how quickly he moves. This guys went to work immediately and is kicking some serious GHA butt. Ill get some more pictures Kevin, but he's WAY down in the rocks eating (not hiding). Amy did an outstanding job and took off part of the day to care for and acclimate him.

Also, saltyunderground did an excellent job on shipping and packaging!

Kevin thank you my friend for this. I see a friend here just trying to save another friend's tank. That is fitting though, because our PMs 2 and a half years ago are what gave me the encouragement to try the hobby, and reef the way I do. That's why I call you The Podfather!

Found out that our Transvestite from Transylvania passed on yesterday as well . RIP Tim Curry

That one hurt. I shouldn't probably be as sad as I am about his passing. His role in "It" scared me until I was 40 years old 🤣.

The new guy is nowhere near as horrifying as Curry in my opinion

That's actually something I didnt consider. I genuinely appreciate that tip.

Kevin does he look like yours? I know those arent the best pics that I sent you. Ill get some more when he comes out.

Any trouble with wave makers? Mine are usually algae free, but not right now lol

Exactly but mine is probably double the size, no wave maker issues.
