New ones are on the top of the list. cauught about a dozen bream for bait another day on the fly rod. side note, but looks like crap, I need to presure wash it tommorw after a good scrubbing with soft scub

well my grill caught on fire and burned the ribs. had to put it out with fire extinguisher after I removed the propane tank quickly. Never had that happen before. I guess tomorrow I will do a thorough cleaning and inspect the lines.

video would have been awesome, i hate gas grills unless I have a super long slow cook going. I tend to invest in charcoal grills and smokers (hot)

I have a wood fired pizza oven too but that flash cooking. 900 degrees. ONCE I went to place a log inside. nope never again. always use a long metal pole. that's a kiln. pizzas cook in only 1 minute. yeah, the drip pan was on fire with the grill. haven't cleaned it in a while. but the reaction was to get the propane tank away quickly and not take selfies with it.

I was talking about hot smoking, cold smoking is how bacon is made. You can have smoked meats that are not cooked, so they retain fats (flavor) I have been using a janky old charcoal grill to cold smoke, Its size limited. this wood smoker is going down before it gets cold (around here) the smoke supply will be differant
