I was super skeptical cause always make my own but a friend insisted to try it, and it is surprisingly good for when you want something quick.

We like the Great Value Sausage Gravy better than any canned one we've tried except this one. This is the one we use for KoC breakfasts. Nothing beats homemade but they are pretty good.

Hope it's enough. When I was running the KoC breakfasts we would go through between ten to fifteen cans for a sunday breakfast along with about five to six hundred eggs, a half dozen boxes of pancake mix, one to two cases of sausage, twenty or so loaves of bread, I forget how many biscuits and fifty pounds of potatoes.

Ohio State is coming back! I think the Big difference is Ryan Day brought the Ohio National Guard to stand on the sidelines and the Kent State players have looked nervous and jittery since. I hope Niel Young doesn’t have to write another song!

We served breakfast to around 250-300 parishioners every Sunday for the Knight's of Columbus breakfasts.

I don't follow any football much currently but Ohio State is still my favorite. BTW, my father was the designer of the basic rating system (the points system) used for high school football in Ohio and many other states and forms a part of the underpinnings of the current college ranking system. He was an assistant football coach at Wickliffe High School for a while and in 1960 he got angry because he felt the team should have played for a title but did not even get noticed because of the old wire service poll ranking system. It is a strength of schedule ranking rather than the old popularity ranking. I had to go look this up in Dan Coughlin's (Cleveland Plain Dealer's sports journalist back then) book to get it right. It's been a long time.

He was also the horse racing handicapper for the Akron Beacon Journal for a number of years, in the mid 60s-early 70s if I remember correctly, and a short stint as an on-air sports announcer at some local radio station (he hated it though and quit as soon as he could). The handicapper and announcer jobs were just a sideline to get to be in Press Boxes at events although he never did anything half-way.

Agreed! As a "Southern man" you definitely dont want that jerk writing a song about you! Usually everything that comes out of his mouth seems to have originally generated from another part of his body. Great musician though.
