What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
That was his name before the fall...

Honestly, Morning Star is slightly more healthful than meat full stop. Yes the research is conclusive. Vegetarians live about 8 plus years longer than the general population. Vegans live about the same rate as the general population...it just feels to them like they live longer. That is both a joke and the results from one of the biggest lifestyle studies in the world.

Vegans will be living longer after the inclusion of vitamin B12 to their diets which was missing in the older vegan diets. Research out of Loma Linda University and check out Research from Dr. Esselstyn on reversing heart disease.
Humans have canine teeth for a reason, we are primarily carnivores. Most modern day diseases were unheard of 100 years ago when people ate Whole Foods…mainly meat and seasonal vegetables and fruit.
After the “invention” of processed seed oils in the 30s and the FDA being paid off to push seed oils rather than lard and animal fats and numerous other ingredients that are banned in every other country in the world, the health of the US has plummeted. The US is the unhealthiest country in the world with the most cases of heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
I could go on and on… the pharmaceutical companies run this country and want sick people.
I’ve been in the healthcare world for 22 years and have done many research projects on this very subject.
Any way, I digress.
Oh, Vegans wouldn’t have survived 100 years ago… there is a good point to this.

Yeah well.then kill me now. 😆 I'm not going to take the chance of eating card board and fake meat just to get hit by a bus at 45!
Can we get an Amen?!

That was my breakfast as well. Cooked up the hash til it was browning threw three eggs in, as well as some pepper a few splashes of A1 and a bit of ketchup. Once the eggs weee cooked put in a large bowl and yum. Nice for a chilly morning.
Yes sir! I had mine with sourdough bread. I don’t eat white bread

Life has been handing me a lot of lemons lately so why not my lemon tree? I’m going to name this lemon after a good friend of mine, Lowell (@Lowell Lemon ) that I haven’t seen or heard from since our 5 year high school reunion in 2015.

Hopefully you’ll get a lemon!

Hey there Rock, about the same, mornings are always rough. Oh well, a plan is in place!
You are in my prayers and thoughts

Happy you got your zippy zip zipmobile all straightened out.
Thanks Chris, not really all straightened out, just good enough to be seen in public again. The tail light assembly ended up getting trans shipped to two different dealers before making its way to me so I didn't get it until Thursday night. Installed it Friday morning. At some point, after I figure out what body part is most redundant, I still need to buy, have paint matched, and install a new rear bumper cover.
