1 Micron Felt Sock?

Is there a general problem with using filter socks with this low micron rating? I feel like they would really help clear all floating particulates the only small downside is they would clog faster.

It shouldn't be a problem to polish the tank water to that level from the perspective of the fish and coral, however the flow restriction would likely be a challenge. If you try it, lets us know how it works for you.

I have a 3 sock structure with 14 inch 1 Micron socks and they are seeming to hold up the same amount of flow as 150 microns
