February FTS. I got rid of the huge birdsnest colony on the left and I still need to glue down a lot of sps from my frag racks.

The frag rack looks promising.
Nice FTS as always.

Thanks guys! Hopefully things will take off soon and it won’t be frag city anymore.
Nice thread, how are the 80/20 mounts connected to the back of the tank.
I have some 80/20 on the back of the stand as well. There are 90 degree pieces holding them together. I’ll post a picture of it when I get home.

Woke up this morning to everything in the tank dead or dying. Power was out and for some reason the water was almost milky white. Time to restart.

Maybe the water is milky because of snail egg/sperm. That's what happens in my system when I turn the power off. The snails eject like crazy, you can see sperm/eggs squirting out of the water if they are higher up on the glass. They go for days....you would think they would be shriveled up!

I hope things are not as bad and you can turn things around with power and water changes.
Keep us posted.

How did your setup recover so far bro?

I'm currently trying to look for a new sump to replace cadlight's stock sump. Did you reduce the 1.25" drain to match the 1" drains for TS sump?

Been working on getting everything back to where it needs to be again. My tank went through a cycle again once I started getting more fish slowly. I've also been adding sps slowly. Will take a picture later tonight.

Digging this acro lately. It has turned into a colony on my frag rack. Talk about procrastination!

Thanks for the like. As far as the unions. I got them at flexpvc.
Here's the links to the ones that I got specifically.

I did replace the ball valve with a better gate valve from bulk reef supply. It has more precise control over the flow and is easier to turn than a standard ball valve. I'll be updating my thread soon with pictures of the plumbing once I get all the parts.
Just stumbled upon this build thread. Thanks so much for including the links for the metric to standard unions. I just bought this tank from a good friend for a screaming good deal. This will be connecting to my already in place 80 rimless frag tank with Sapphire 34 sump. My super slow build thread: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/1...k-build-sps-heavy-slowandsteady.535263/page-5
