I currently have 2 mp40 on each end of tank. I am running a bare bottom tank. Should I put 2 mp10 on back wall down low to help clean bottom or 2 more mp40?

Between the two I would use MP40s. Two gyres would be better though, at sweeping the bottom if you don't mind the cord. If you choose MP10s make sure you tank glass is not too thick for them.

Yes mp10 does not work on 1/2 thick glass. My 120 is 1/2 glass I want a mp10 but won’t get it

So you have 4 pumps total?
Regardless, with bare bottom, you have enough even if it's just 2 total.
I ran 4 MP10s on a 4' 75g and was plenty. Enough so that I had sand issues above 85%

I used to run my pumps as close to the surface as possible without creating a vortech drawing surface air, but ended up running them lower to keep the bottom clean.
Without sand you'll be able to run them much lower down than I could on higher settings.
