well after 5 years with a Deep Blue 80 I finally decided to go bigger. The tank is a custom built 120 gallon from Crystal Dynamic Aquarium. The actual build time was about 8 weeks and the tank is amazing. Really well built.

Synergy Reef Shadow overflow installed and dry fitting all the plumbing. I used a saw to make my cuts, so much easier that using pvc cutters. The only draw back was I made a mess in the kitchen. Its all good though the wife was at work so she didn't see the mess I made lol.

Thanks. I put 2 unions so that I can take the plumbing apart and clean it easier. Also the second union helps me to get the right angle into the sump
