Hi...
My tank is around 230 gal.
I have question for my tank plumbing. I will use two units 6000 lph pump for return. Think about mantis tornado pump. It is good? Real flow rate specs?
Can double of 1" outlet pipes drain from overflow box supply the flow rate from two pumps?
3/4" or 1" is best for the return pump?

Never even heard of that pump, so not sure what the net flow will be. 6,000 lph is about 1,600 gph which is a tough ask for most pumps through a 1" return, nigh impossible through 3/4". Since you don't specify what kind of drain, nor the drop, hard to offer much .... other that 1,600 gph per 1" drain is .... dare I say it ..... a pipe dream LOL.

Unless you have no fittings on your return I would not go any smaller then 1.25" any smaller and the friction losses will be large moving water that fast.
