Thank you I love the fish almost as I do acros. I feed very heavily to try and keep aggression down and to keep the angels from eating my acros. I don't QT any of the fish I just make sure they are eating when purchased at the LFS that's half the battle. If the new fish is under nourished it will go into my frag tank to be fattened up and can keep a close eye on its health. To control nutrients have an amazing skimmer that's the backbone of the system a large 65g Fuge packed with macros. A cryptic zone in sump with about 30lbs of Rock rubble Also have (3) of the large marine pure blocks 4x4x8 and a gallon of the 1 1/2". For maintenance 10-20g weekly water changes, vacuum sandbed in display and detritus in frag tank and sump.
You have pics of your filtration that you don't mind sharing? Awesome tank

How do u like the display fuge compared to a understand fuge?
I'm about to add a 30g display fuge to my 75 gallon and it's mostly because I don't want to get rid of the 29 but I also love display fuges

I use the egg crate so the different macro algae has some thing to grab onto almost like a In take ATS.

I definitely enjoy having the large display Fuge better than an in sump for one can have a lot more diversity of macro algae. Also have some of my old leather corals and non reef safe friends in there. Think display fugues can be really nice display tanks if done correctly mine is more functional that display.

Add the Fuge you won't regret it 30 would be a perfect size for your tank [emoji106]

Got a hold of the clubs par meter and found some interesting results.

Main display lighting 8x54w ATI dimmable both channels at 100% hung 7" from the surface. All Giesemann bulbs about 3 months old.

Actinic blue
Actinic blue
Super actinic
Aqua blue azure
Super purple

Actinic blue

Par#'s
Just below the surface 475-500
At the sand bed 90-150
All the Acros are getting 200-300

Overall very even par which is expected with t5 but thought par would have been a bit higher on the Acros. On the other hand my rock work is a bit low most the corals are mounted 12" or more from the surface

Also took readings on the frag tank. Have 2 of the 165w black box LEDs
Lights are hung 10" off the water. Blue channel at 100" white/red/green channel at 30% par ranges from 50-200.

Going to tie it in with the current system or stand alone? Another full display or just a frag tank?

This tank will be tied into the rest of the system and most likely another frag tank. The idea of doing another shallow display is so tempting.
