I am about to start a 125g tank with corals. Just wanted some opinions on stocking of fish.

I want 2 clown, a yellow peel and maybe 2 dwarf angle fish, would that combo work in this size of a tank?

Besides the ones mentioned above, I would like to have a good amount of wrasse, a golby or two and maybe a few other small fish. I don’t want anything to big, or difficult to deal with, the hardier the better.

Welcome!

125s are a good sized tank with lots of options. It looks like you are on the right track.

What's a yellow peel?

Dwarf angels (and some regular angelfish) are not considered reef safe, so you introduce with your corals at your own risk.
Is there something comparable to them that would work with corals?

Honestly, not really. You can have angels just avoid certain coral such as Acans, Scolys, Trachys, and other Fleshy LPS. The rest should be fine - Leptoseris, Duncan’s, Hammers, Frogspawn, Torches etc.

I have 3 angels in my 4’ tank with a couple other RSWC fish, they’re all for the most part reef safe. If anything, my asterina starfish are the least reef safe animals in my reef.

Pretty much this. Sometimes even fish that are "reef safe" aren't, and vice versa. Case in-point: my reef safe emperor angelfish (just transitioning into an adult).

Looking back to your reefing roots: Did you start with Instant Ocean salt?
