I just put in an order for some rock nems so I moved some acans around and placed this new rock in their place for the nems to attach to.

Cool! I'm thinking about getting a few rock nems. I want 2-3 ultras! Been looking at the ones at @ReefersDirect and coveting them quietly... LOL :D

Id like to get some uktra ones eventually but they carry a hefty price tag haha. There are so many nice ones that dont have the ultra attached to the front and I was lucky to get some in my group order. I think my next tank will have a large number of rock nems

Ive been having an issue with asterina stars attaching to palys and taking bites out of their skirt so last night I bought a harlequin shrimp.
Screenshot_2017-01-24-13-27-16-1.png

The shrimp went into my 135 so ill use my 110 macroalgae tank as a refuge for more asterinas to grow as well as housing a couple chocolate chip stars.

Oh I forgot about my recent trip to Orlando. I live in North Fl about 2.5 hours away from Orlando. Last weekend I visited some family in Winter Park and decided to visit WWC, Topshelf Aquatics and Sea in the City. Here are my pick ups

I also got a lobo shown at the bottom of

I took some night time sandbed shots. These are under a single Blue+ and a Reefbrite XHO blue

Little update of the maintenance of my system. I have been dosing 30ml once per week of vibrant and as of yesterday
i am also dosing 12ml of Nopox daily. Ive been having a little bit of a cyanobacteria issue and the vibrant hasnt really done much for it so that is why I am coupling it with Nopox to boost the bacterial population. My corals are looking good and my parameters are within range as well so now im just tweaking.

I just got back from a work trip and noticed that I still have some lingering cyano bacteria so I've started the red slime remover treatment. Ive also lost a considerable number of my fish while on travel due to an ich or velvet outbreak. Besides that everything is fine.......

The 2 red slime remover treatments worked great and I've gotten everything back in tip top shape. Everything is looking pretty good now. I got tired of only seeing three fish swimming in this tank so I added some damsels. That way I can feed the same amount that I have been without food being wasted and the corals can still get extra food/fish poop. My 110 macro algae tank got a deep cleaning, rock rescape and is fishless. My frag tank is doing well with an orange shoulder tang and twin spot hogfish. My overall system is pretty simple right now with just a skimmer, 30ml weekly Vibrant, 5ml daily Nopox, hourly dosage of Kalkwasser via dosing pump and biweekly 30 gal water changes.

Love the different "gardens" you've got set up - and you have a blackbar chromis! I've got a trio in QT, and they're real charmers.

~Bruce
Thanks! Honestly I've just noticed how I have like corals grouped together haha, I need to spread them out.
I've got two of the blackberry and I'd like to add 4 more. They are a really neat and simple fish.
