Still need to tidy up some, but I am getting there. Will be getting plywood cut for stand this week hopefully, and should be ready for tank. Still haven't got a confirmation on shipping yet but I think will be soon. Getting excited but still plan to be patient!!!!

If you don't mind me asking, what does a tank like the one you ordered cost? I'm wanting to go with the rimless style tank and at least 100gal. I'm new to the hobby and I am in the planning stage. Trying to figure out tank size, equipment selection, livestock list, coral selection, etc. I'll be following this thread! :D

Felix said it would ship in about a week.
I don't remember the total cost. I would have to see if I can find the invoice. They will give you a quote on the dimensions you want, just shoot them an email. Mine is rimless 84x24x16. About 140 gallon.

That's awesome! I'm waiting for an email from Planet Aquariums to get a quote on a tank build. Looking forward to seeing more on this thread!

I just read all pages and now following along. Sounds like it will be a great build and well planned out. Question you expected the tank in Dec and was told it would ship soon. It's now May and still no tank what was the reason for the delay if you don't mind me asking. It seems the more threads I read these super long delays on tanks is getting to be more common. Sounds like they do some very poor planning on their end or are making false promises to their customers. Just wondering how it took an extra 5 months and still waiting???
