I've got the 10k and 20k reefbrite twin arc bulbs. My understanding was, first the 10k fires then the 20k after you turn the lights off and back on on.Each arc fires at each time the bulb receives electricity from the ballast.
If one of the bulbs isn't working remove that bulb and install it again. It could be that the bulb wasn't screwed all the way in. Check the connections between the ballast and the fixture too.

So far one bulb burns 10k and then 20k when you turn off and on. The other 2 bulbs are only burning 20k so far.
That's great news. After about a week of burn in, the bulbs are firing correctly.
Do you run your orpheks all day or turn them off when the halides are on?I would never go less than 250 unless using just one on a small tank. Your using t5 also? I am getting good results with halides and four or2 bars.
