I can do $800 for the tank, stand and canopy and $400 for the lights. Sump by itself is not for self , unless bundled with all the rest of the equipment.

Skimmer is bundled with all the equipped, I will not part out.
Right now I offer tank, content, stand and canopy - $800. Lights $400. All the rest $1800.
