well my floors where to be done today, but the flooring was damaged so they have to order more.....house is a wreck for another week ggrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!

stand is home and looks great!! have to stain it as well as Poly and paint the inside white. here is "tank" modeling the stand.

I'm staining it red mahogany 225. Prob going with 2 coats of stain and 2 coats of poly.

Floors are done!!! Just have to get the stand done this weekend for the tank next week.

OK so I'm putting a 1" lip all the way around the bottom of the stand and sealing it.....if there is a leak it will be contained to the stand and not the floor! the reef keeper elite that i got today has a water alarm built in so, pumps off if it detects a leak!

also the floors are done and look amazing!!

tomorrow will be paint for the under side of the stand and hopefully by the end of the weekend i can get the stain on and start the poly Monday or Tuesday.​

hahahaa funny you should ask.....the flooring i had done by the company that put in the flooring when my house was built. the is actually linoleum!! everyone that comes into the house asks about the "wood floor" and i tell them it is linoleum and they get on there hands and knees to feel it and look closer!! it is the funniest thing! everything is coming together, but I'm getting to where i want it to just be done....uuhhhhhh!

so here is the lip caulked in and the painted....first coat.

also here is the frame i had custom made for the 3 evolution lights I'm putting on the tank. it is 1" aluminum angle that fits perfect to the lights!​
