ok so i have not updated this in a while but i have a lot of good news and also some bad. first off the bad news....my blue hippo tang had to be taken out because he got a taste for zoas and ate all of them....i mean all! event the hornets!!!took me about a week to catch him but i did. the next is the achillies tang....he past away about a month ago from a long bout with ich. i tried everything to help him get rid of it but nothing seemed to help.
so on to the good news, the Evolution LED's are the best lights i have ever had by far. i have been taking monthy growth pics and 1/4"-1/2" each month on all acros! the colors on them are amazing and will not be using any other lighting ever again...im sold! i got 2 mp40 es w's, and the RKE should be all hooked up in a week or 2, so under the stand the electrical is not quite done. i got a nextreef mr1 moster duel chamber reactor that will be replacing the tlf ones that are in there now. i have added a few new fish and a lot of new coral. these pics are as of today and everything is only getting better in the tank!
so for the things i would have done different now having the tank up and running.....have it just a hair more off the wall, make the sump with one large filter sock instead of 2 small (which i can still do). other than that it is all perfect and doing amazing!
