Hi all,

1) how long can corals tolerate being out of the water? I've been treating them like fish (i.e. exposing them for no more than a second or two) while dipping or moving.

2) this question was spurred by my Duncan, which I'm feeding frequently, but I also want to know in a general sense: for photosynthetic corals, how much of their total energy do they acquire from light? There's so much talk of supplemental feeding for corals, but what percentage does that account for in total?
